All services are by appointment only, and payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit or Cash (personal checks NOT accepted).
Please make arrangements for child care during your appointment. Children are only allowed in the salon when being serviced.
Street parking and designated parking lots are available.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment please contact the salon to cancel or re-book, with a minimum of 3 hours notice. If it is after-hours, you may leave a voicemail or text message at the appropriate number, as messages are reviewed frequently. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a fee amounting in the ENTIRE COST of the scheduled service. This fee is to be paid immediately, and must be satisfied before the next appointment. In addition, if the appointment is modified, (i.e.not receiving a scheduled pedicure) the ENTIRE fee is due.
Occasionally proper notice cannot be given when: weather conditions may prohibit safe travel, a family emergency occurs, or sudden illness takes priority. These situations will always be considered! If you arrive for your scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be given the option of receiving a shortened service, or rescheduling your appointment so as not to disrupt the schedule of the clients booked after you.
